What is included?

Full service management, coordination and communication with contractors, guest consumables(soaps, toiletries, coffee, etc), and pricing & marketing technology.

What are the fees?

We charge a 25% management fee on the nightly rent. Guests pay a cleaning fee that is pass-through to our contracted cleaners.

When do I get paid?

We pay monthly for all the bookings that checked-out in the previous month.

What is the term?

We have no long term commitments. If this isn't for you then we won't make you stay. We ask that you work with us to honor the latest booking. With our network we're often able to move future bookings to our other homes if needed.
